Aleppo Al Shahbaa Grills – Al Zahraa

Aleppo Al Shahbaa Grills on Helmi Kutbi Street in Al Zahraa, Jeddah, is an Aleppine restaurant serving charcoal grills by the person, half kilo or kilo: mixed grill, lamb and chicken kebab, shish tawook, lamb chops, lamb cubes, liver, and minced-meat skewers with cheese or yogurt.

The menu also covers clay-pot tagines, Aleppine plates such as dawood basha, shakriya, shish barak, kibbeh in yogurt and molokhia, arayes, mezze and salads, pizza, and more than 45 kinds of manakish. Mornings start with a Levantine breakfast of foul, hummus, fatteh, falafel, masabaha and faqsah.
